After her recent tour of the province of Alberta, Chrystia Freeland (right in photo), the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of Canada of Canada, has this to say:
Glad to conclude my week in Alberta with a conversation with Premier Danielle Smith. We discussed the wildfires and what I heard from evacuees from the NWT in Peace River. I reiterated that the federal government is here to help.
We also discussed how we can work together to grow our economy and create great careers for people across Alberta and across Canada.
