Women in PR Ghana embarked on another journey to find out how Women Public Relations Practitioners are projecting the profession with best communications practices to inspire many young ones to aspire for excellence.

The voice was given to the PR industry to nominate and a jury was set up to review and validate. Now, this is the verdict. Indeed, this is yet another big challenge to continue to pursue excellence to uplift the face of the communications industry.

Thank you Women in PR Ghana for the recognition and to you all for the nominations. Congratulations to all my fellow amazing winners for the great inspiration. Keep inspiring Shirley Tony Kum, APR, ACIMG, Josephine Appiah-Nyamekye Sanny, APR, MCIPR, Joyce M. Sackitey-Ahiadorme, and all.

Many thanks to my boss, Dr Angela Lusigi, the Resident Representative of UNDP Ghana for her great leadership and support, thanks to all my colleagues at UNDP Ghana and to my great Team, Priscilla Mawuena Adjeidu, Ibrahim Suhuyini Sayibu, Ernestina Ocansey and Vanessa Adjoa Birago Fosu for the dedication and commitment to communicating on our work to advance #SDGs achievement in Ghana. Team, this is the fruit of our hard work. Special thanks to our Programmes Leads for all the support, with particular mention of Stephen Kansuk, Esq. our Head of Environment and Climate, Jennifer Asuako, Gender Team Lead, Frederick Mugisha, our Former Economic Advisor, especially for the support on our media certification programme on Data Storytelling, and to Sylvia Senu, our Economic Analyst and Youth Focal Person for the great support on #YouthConnektAfrica2021 and our strategic communications support to MSMEs and District Assemblies.

Thanks be to God for the grace to excel and thanks to you all.
