A twelve-man APC high powered delegation selected and mandated by His Excellency the President, Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma , Chairman and Leader of the All Peoples Congress Party has just concluded a successful tour of the APC Diaspora in the UK , Germany , Belgium , Holland , Canada and the United States of America .

The tour started in the United Kingdom on Thursday July 14th , 2016 and ended in the United States of America on Sunday August 14 , 2016 .
The first APC Diaspora Biennial Tour started in November, 2013 and then included the UK , Germany , Holland and the USA .
The objective of the tour as envisioned by H. E. President Koroma is to make a biennial assessment tour of the APC Diaspora which is growing in leaps and bounds , address issues and concerns affecting them and to put executives in place by election or selection that would serve for three years.
The election / selection process is in conformity with the enduring December 5 , 1995 constitution of the APC party .
The conventions saw a mix of voting by the aspirants in the UK and Ireland branch , voting by the accredited delegates in Germany , elections by consultations in Holland , Belgium and Canada and voting by the 16 Chapter Presidents in the United States of America .
The Chairmen of the six diaspora branches covered are as follows:
UK/ I branch - Comrade Mustapha Koroma
Germany branch - Ahmed Salim
Holland branch - Simon Sesay
Belgium branch - Abdul K Kargbo
Canada branch - Mohamed Son Samura
USA branch - Unisa Kanu
The conventions were preceded by massive registration drives in all the branches resulting in a significant increase in the party’s diaspora branches with a corresponding increased fund raising capacity .
Since 2012, and with the appointment of a Diaspora Coordinator , the APC has inevitably catapulted itself into a truly globalized party with new branches and. chapters emerging all over the globe .
The APC Diaspora Coordinator Forums founded by the Diaspora Coordinator , Leonard Balogun Koroma have proved to be a vibrant means of communication between APC Diasporas worldwide and has galvanized the party’s growing global membership.
Having successfully completed this phase of the diaspora tour, the delegation is looking forward to embarking on phase 2 which will cover the APC African diaspora countries of Guinea , Liberia , The Gambia , Nigeria , Ghana and Addis Ababa .
Phase 3 will cover Australia , China and the official launching of APC Scandinavia covering Sweden , Norway , Denmark and Finland .
APC members in Paris (France) , Spain and Italy are also working and preparing for the official launching of their branches .
With the near conclusion of the APC Diaspora Tour and conventions , arrangements are being put in place for the holding of regional , constituency and district party conventions culminating in the national delegates convention to be held at a date , time and venue to be determined by our party chairman and leader , His Excellency Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma .
