Letter of complaint on BMI

Dear Editor,

I would appreciate if you could publish this article for other Sierra Leoneans to read and take notice of what they should do if they are not happy with the service received from bmi.

I want this to serve as an example to other passengers who fly to Sierra Leone with bmi. I would advice that if you cannot send a letter through the post you can email you complaints to bmi through their web site.

I know that other passengers has suffered and experienced the same treatment and below standard in-flight services.

We can only effect change with many voices coming forward. We have suffered too shabbily for too long, it is time for us to stand up and be counted.

I am still pursuing them to investigate and informed me about the availability and records of whether the flight was fully booked. I know that by law they are supposed to keep these records.
