Black Opportunity Fund was extremely pleased to put on this incredibly inspiring event in partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University and the Black Scholarship Institute. House Speaker Greg Fergus shared amazing insights about his life journey and his lessons learned.
A tremendous learning opportunity for the many youth who were present, from high schools and post secondary institutions. Some deeply insightful questions were asked by the youth, which Speaker Fergus (third from left in photo) answered thoughtfully and honestly. Andria Case of CTV News was her usual brilliant and thoughtful self.
Both Speaker Fergus and Andria introduced themselves to and spoke with every single youth present.

Black Opportunity Fund is looking forward to hosting Speaker Fergus in Halifax later this year, to offer a similar opportunity for engagement with youth in Eastern Canada.
