The APC delegation from the national secretariat in Freetown headed by APC Deputy Leader Honourable Minkailu Mansaray backed by National Secretary-General Ambassador Alhaji Osman Foday Yansaneh, APC Elections Coordinator Leonard Balogun Koroma, APC Western Area Chairman Allieu Momodu Pat-Sowe and others have been highly commended by Sierra Leoneans at home and abroad on social media and through calls to the Patriotic Vanguard.
The delegation supervised elections for national APC executives in several countries in Europe and North America. The political gurus from Freetown used two methods to conduct the elections in the various overseas countries: by voting and by consultations.
There were no disturbances or acts of violence in all the ruling party (APC) diaspora conventions supervised by Honourable Minkailu Mansaray (centre in photo in Toronto, Canada) and his team unlike what normally happens in the conventions of most Sierra Leonean opposition parties at home and abroad.
The team their 2016 tour last weekend in New Jersey, USA, where they installed a new national executive headed by Unisa Kanu. Two weeks ago they were in Canada where they carried out a similar exercise for the first time in the history of the party. The new and first Chairman of APC-Canada is Mohamed Son Samura.
